For Personalized products
Received a damaged or unsatisfactory product? we got you covered! When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a 7 days Returns policy. drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product images & your order ID mentioning whether you'd like to return or replace the product. In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement order as soon as we receive the damaged one back for no extra charges and in case of returns, we will run some quality checks & refund you the order amount after deducting a reverse shipment charge of INR 70.
We can’t accept returns on customized Products (products with your images, texts, initials or all) . We will immediately replace an item (at no charge) if we make error on the customization and if there is any manufacturing defect/damage transit. However, we are’nt responsible if the error is made by the customer while providing us the personalisation details. Customization details will be taken from the order details and we hence encourage our customers to proofread the order before making the final submission.
